Meet “One Summer One Author” Author/Illustrator Matt Phelan

The first ten registrations receive a free signed copy of one of Matt’s books, including the featured YA graphic novel Snow White.  Matt will take the audience through the full process of creating a picture book or graphic novel.  If there is enough time, he will provide a short comics workshop, too.
